The Omega Business Park is located in the municipality of Alcobendas (Madrid). It can be accessed directly via the A-1 motorway, providing quick access through the main roads in Madrid.

It has a total floor area of approximately 50,000 m² above ground, distributed across six buildings with six floors each, and 1,100 parking spaces.

In line with the most innovative European trends in terms of business park design, the Omega Business Park is being developed in a private and guarded area. Due to the arrangement of the buildings in the shape of an Omega symbol, which gives the Park its name, there is a large interior garden space of approximately two hectares with abundant vegetation and an artificial lake.

Each of the buildings, with similar aesthetics, is designed as an element that can be isolated or annexed within the complex, according to commercial needs, with floor areas that can vary between 600 m² and 3,000 m² of open-plan. This configuration allows for great versatility both in terms of the buildings’ interior layouts and the orientation of the wide exterior views, which reach the Madrid mountains. This concept is possible thanks to the careful selection and design of the facade, with curtain walls around its entire perimeter, with a low solar factor and great sound absorption, which guarantees more energy efficiency and excellent comfort. Added to this is the system chosen for air conditioning, which facilitates the independent management of up to 22 different zones per floor, including war and cool in each zone, at the same time.
